For Custom Design Orders: Since these are made-to-order and hand-painted from scratch, the processing time can take anywhere between 7 to 14 business days depending on the complexity of the artwork.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping (if available): Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can also track your order directly from the "My Orders" section on our website.

IndiFusion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
