• Standard Orders: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order status changes to "Packing" or "Shipped", it cannot be cancelled.
• Custom Design Orders: Custom requests can only be cancelled before the payment is made. Once the payment is verified and the status changes to "Painting" or "Order Placed", cancellation is not permitted as the item is made specifically for you.
• Gateway Charges: For prepaid orders cancelled successfully within the allowed timeframe, a standard 2% payment gateway charge may be deducted from the refund amount.

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Non-returnable items: Custom design orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
